5K Run & Walk - MAP LINK
From the startline, athletes will head north along the trail system to pass south under the footbridge following the trail.
The trail hugs the riverbank of the North Saskatchewan to Laurier Park Rd.
Athletes will follow the paved road clockwise around it (against the flow of traffic), to the T-Intersection.
Athletes will take a left turn and head towards Quesnel Bridge for 200m to the run turnaround.
Due to construction, athletes will return the same way, following the flow of traffic around Laurier Park. Just prior to the road access to Buena Vista Park, athletes will be directed onto the trail system which takes you past the Rowing Club and then left towards the finishline!
10K Run & Walk - MAP LINK
10K athletes will complete another lap of the 5k route before coming into the finish!
